I love what I do because, at the end of the day, real estate is about finding a house that people can call a home, and there’s nothing more rewarding than that. It’s also not just the objective that matters, it’s how you get there - the road you take towards your destination, and how you leave people feeling that you happen to pass along the way. Most things in life are ephemeral, fleeting, but love, kindness, care, and compassion - these leave echoes that continue into eternity.
If you’d like to know a little bit more about my journey then read on... I left a career in medical repping 10 years ago to try my hand at commercial and industrial sales at a local brokerage in Kloof. Thereafter I moved over to another real estate firm and helped them establish their own commercial and industrial division. After a few years doing solely commercial and industrial I decided to add residential to my portfolio and loved it. After about 5 years with that firm, the looting in KZN took place and I decided to take a 6 month sabbatical in George in the Western Cape to see if the grass was truly greener down there. After my sabbatical I decided that Kloof was still my home, and so moved back and ultimately found myself at Real Estate Company, for whom I do commercial, industrial, and luxury residential sales. Now my clients regularly become my friends, and I believe there is no better community to live in than that of the Upper Highway.
