My name is Ruane Zaayman, and I am a dedicated Candidate Property Practitioner and estate agent at Meridian Realty. I am passionate about helping clients buy and sell homes through a seamless, professional, and stress-free experience. I specialise in local market expertise and modern social media marketing strategies to ensure properties receive maximum exposure and connect with the right buyers. My commitment to excellence and passion for real estate were recognised when I was awarded Rookie of the Year 2025 at KW North.

Although I am still growing within the industry, I have already successfully sold multiple properties within my first year in real estate. I am currently completing my NQF Level 4 qualification as part of my professional development as a Candidate Property Practitioner, and I remain committed to continuously expanding my knowledge and delivering exceptional service to my clients.
