With more than 20 years of real estate experience, Richard Fincham brings extensive property knowledge and a long-standing connection to KwaZulu-Natal to his role as Property Practitioner and co-founder of R&R Real Estate.

Richard has lived, worked and studied in KwaZulu-Natal since 1977 and began his real estate career in 2003. Today, he works across Howick, Hilton, Pietermaritzburg and the surrounding KwaZulu-Natal Midlands, assisting clients across residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural property.

His experience across multiple property sectors gives him a broad understanding of the market and the different considerations involved when buying, selling or investing in property.

Since entering the property industry in 2003, Richard has built his business around strong relationships, practical advice and a commitment to seeing transactions through professionally.

In 2021, Richard co-founded R&R Real Estate with Renata Milanesi. Together, they established an independent property agency built around teamwork, local knowledge, integrity and personal service.

Richard continues to work directly with property owners, buyers and investors while also bringing his experience to the wider R&R Real Estate team.

Local Knowledge of the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands

Having lived in KwaZulu-Natal for nearly five decades, Richard has developed a strong understanding of the region and a particular connection to the KZN Midlands.

Outside real estate, he enjoys golf, music, walking in the Karkloof forests and classic cars. His interest in motoring also led to the annual R&R Classic Car Show, bringing together classic car enthusiasts and the local community.
