Paul Eaton brings more than two decades of hospitality experience and a strong background in sales and leadership to his role as a Property Practitioner with R&R Real Estate.

Working across Howick, Hilton, Pietermaritzburg and surrounding areas, Paul assists buyers and sellers with residential property. His ability to build relationships, understand people's needs and communicate confidently has been shaped by a career centred around people, service and sales.

A Career Built Around People and Sales

Before entering real estate, Paul spent 23 years in the hospitality industry. He owned and operated Eaton's on 80 in Pietermaritzburg, where his focus on food, service and customer experience helped establish the restaurant as a popular local destination.

Paul later moved into sales, where his ability to connect with people and build strong professional relationships led to his appointment as a Regional Area Sales Manager responsible for leading a team across KwaZulu-Natal.

This combination of hospitality, business and sales experience translates naturally into real estate. Paul understands the importance of listening carefully, communicating clearly and negotiating with purpose while maintaining strong relationships throughout the property process.

Local Knowledge of the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands

After moving to Howick with his family, Paul developed a strong connection to the Midlands lifestyle and the communities he now serves. His experience in Pietermaritzburg, combined with living in Howick, gives him useful local perspective across both markets and the surrounding areas.
