Get to Know Me I embarked on my real estate journey in 1995 at the age of 19, and it has been a fulfilling 31 year adventure. Throughout the highs and lows, my passion for Real Estate has remained unwavering. Meeting new people daily and embracing the challenges of the profession have only strengthened my commitment. Real Estate isn`t just a job for me; it`s a lifelong career that I cherish deeply. From 1995 to 2001, I gained invaluable experience in sales and rentals across various agencies. In March 2001, I took a significant step by opening the Randburg branch of Camdon`s Real Estate, which operated successfully until September 2022. On October 1, 2022, I realized a long-held dream by launching Perrywood Properties. The name "Perrywood" was initially established in 1999 as Perrywood Estates, but it wasn`t until 2022 that it became the official brand. With a vision rooted in family values, Perrywood Properties aims to expand across South Africa and, eventually, internationally. Perrywood Properties & EXP Realty South Africa In February 2025, I joined EXP Realty South Africa for sales and once off rentals and Perrywood Properties, now referred to as Perrywood Property Management was formed. This is now a separate company that focuses purely on Residential Property Management only and EXP Realty for all other aspects of my Real Estate Career.
