Marli has inherent compassion and empathy with people from all walks of life, being a former teacher for more than 16 years has taught her to treat clients with professional and personalised service. She has a deep understanding of people’s emotions and the emotional psychology that goes on when selling or buying a property.

Marli is a passionate and result-driven person and believes in taking responsibility and tackling challenges head-on. She follows all transactions through right to the end to provide both the seller and buyer a stress-free experience when buying or selling which is a big deal for most people.

She lives the Harcourts values (“People first”, “Doing the right thing”, “Be Courageous”, “Fun and laughter”) and strives for service excellence in everything she does.

She currently specialises in the Midstream area which gives her the upper hand of being able to assist with all queries with regards to Midstream and its offering to residents.
