Joey Trahms

I am a lifelong resident of the East Rand, Gauteng, with a deep-rooted connection to the community and a true passion for real estate. My home life reflects my love for animals, where I care for a lively mix of pets, including a Yorkie, Chihuahua, German Shepherd, Australian Cockatoo, Waggler, and Conure.

My academic path began with a BCom (Accounting) degree from RAU University, followed by a BCom Honours degree from UNISA. This strong financial foundation led me into a rewarding corporate career, where I progressed from bookkeeper to Financial Director, gaining extensive experience in financial management and business operations.

I also spent three years lecturing in accounting and co-authored accounting textbooks for a respected local publisher, further deepening my understanding of finance and education.

In 2017, I followed my long-standing passion for property and transitioned into real estate, quickly establishing myself within a leading agency. By April 2019, I had launched my own real estate company, focusing on personalised service and deep market knowledge within the East Rand area.

Combining financial expertise with real estate insight, I offer clients a comprehensive, honest, and detail-driven service, whether buying or selling. I am dedicated to continuous professional development and stay at the forefront of market trends, technology, and industry best practices through regular training and engagement with industry leaders.

I leverage the latest technology to market properties effectively and manage transactions smoothly. Clear, consistent communication is a cornerstone of my service, I remain available to clients at all times and ensure they are well-informed throughout every step of the process.
