About Jane Day..

Her previous working history includes 13 years in the banking world where she achieved management level in Ledgers and worked with money market client's investments as well as with Wills and Estates. Jane then opened a successful children's shop which she sold at a good profit. Jane's experience includes being a personal assistant to Nicolette Lloyd who is a strong member of the Heritage Committee in Hermanus.

Jane kept minutes of meetings for the HPP (Hermanus Public Protection) as well as the HRA (Hermanus Ratepayers Association), she was also trained as an Intermediary Sales Consultant for Metropolitan Life savings policies. However, her passion rests in selling property and she has 31 years experience in property sales in all property categories in the Hermanus areas. For the past 11 years Jane has been specializing in Sectional Title Complexes and seafront property sales.

Jane is an outgoing, mature person who enjoys interacting with people at all levels. One of her strongest characteristics is the will to be the best and make a success. Success to Jane is when she has achieved the results to the benefit of her clients and that they are comfortable and happy.

Jane has confident communication skills in the area she specializes in and she has good negotiating skills.
