I am the Founder of Lighthouse Property Group and previously served as CEO of Chas Everitt Rentals, where I built and led large rental portfolios, implemented scalable systems, and worked closely with property owners to improve returns, tenant quality, and asset performance. That experience shaped my investment-led mindset and deep understanding of cash flow, risk, and portfolio optimisation. Today, my focus is exclusively commercial property investments, specialising in the Umhlanga to Shaka’s Head corridor. I advise investors, landlords, and owner-occupiers across industrial, office, retail, and mixed-use assets, with a strong emphasis on income stability, tenant strength, yield optimisation, and exit strategy. What differentiates me from many brokers is my investment-first approach. I analyse rental sustainability, tenant risk, lease structures, market demand, and replacement cost — ensuring each leasing or sales decision supports the long-term value of the asset, not just a short-term deal. Rentals are approached strategically, as the foundation of asset value and future resale performance.
