More about Gigi

I have a background in administration and 19 years ago, decided to branch out into the real estate industry. I started off my career at Pro prop as a property practitioner in 2003, AND am a full status property practitioner since 2005 with an NQF level 4.

I am able to showcase my passion and skills working towards my client's needs. I am efficient and organized throughout the process, ensuring I am available and communicating throughout supporting you through the loans application , transfer requirements until the official move.

I always leave each client with a personal touch.

I am comfortable working with both full title and sectional title properties. I have a balance in my approach working with clients, bringing both my professional expertise and personal experience to guide sellers and buyers to make the right decision for them.

My goal with every client is to be upfront, leave them confident in their decision, informed with regards to the property market and to maintain a lasting relationship for when they're ready to move on again. Many referrals are made through past clients who have been loyal in working with me.

I look forward to working with new clients, to listen and understand your needs and provide a service that will leave you comfortable through out the process.

I market in the Morningside, Musgrave, Berea, Glenwood, Overport and surrounding areas. I look forward to hearing from you.
