Evelyn Keeble

I am Evelyn Keeble, a dedicated real estate professional with 25 years of experience in sales, finance, and real estate. Recently, I joined Charles Edward’s Properties (CEP), specialising in the buying, selling, and renting of residential properties in all areas in the Western Cape. My passion lies in helping clients achieve home ownership and making the property journey seamless.

As a PPRA-registered agent, I have completed my NQF 4 qualification in real estate and logbook, earning multiple service and sales awards along the way. I also hold qualifications in banking services and advice as well as marketing management, which enhance my ability to guide clients through complex financial and property decisions.

Beyond real estate, I assist with bond origination, FHF subsidies, and legal guidance for property transactions, including estate matters. Having lived in Mitchell’s Plain since 1984, I am deeply committed to my community, actively participating in outreach programs for the underprivileged while cherishing time with my family.
