I joined the Real Estate Sector in May 2005 in an Admin position. I joined Keller Williams Explore Port Elizabeth as a Director of First Impressions in July 2015. To me, this is a... vitally important position, as the Director of First Impressions is the first telephonic point of contact with the company, you will hear when contacting the market centre. After seven months, it was rewarding, yet challenging, to accept the role of Market Centre Administrator, bringing with it more responsibilities, as well as a more hands-on approach in assisting the Team Leader with the effective day to day running of the market centre. Keller Williams offers on-going training and admin support which I can comfortably say, has helped me grow in many ways. I am happy to be in an admin position, as I pride myself on being a hard-working, dedicated and committed team player, striving to give of my best at all times, so that you the agents can go out and be the best you can be.
