My superpower in real estate is listening to the implied and intrinsic need of clients so as to provide the best possible match between this a new property and the buyer, or the tailor-made sales strategy for the seller. I started this career early 2003, and have been a principal agent since 2005, exempted of NQF4&5 and PDE4&5, due to other qualifications. My corporate background is in finance and business management, backed by a degree in commerce, and many years of logistics price negotiation at Spoornet. I always aim to provide a solution to every property related need from years of experience over a vast array of factors that influence the decision of the client, by often teaming up with experts in property law, tax, building regulations and especially town planning. I also hold a diploma in interior design, which I add to my extended field of experience. My personal favor lies with the luxury property market, which I gladly promote with professional video home tours, complemented by matching photography.
