HI, I AM CHARMAINE KIRCHMANN, I ran my own Professional Real Estate company specializing in rentals and sales of residential property in the Northern Suburbs of Johannesburg for 14 years from 2006-2020.  I had the privilege to work with Kirchmann-Hurry Construction which began in 1969 and they grew from three employees to one of the largest medium sized construction companies in the 90s.  I then partnered up with Grounded Properties in Sandton, thoroughly enjoying the tremendous support system they offer. My differentiators are personal service, good administration, relationship building, after sales service and trust of personal clients, responsive and honour commitments.
