HI, I AM CHARMAINE KIRCHMANN, I ran my own Professional Real Estate company specializing in rentals and sales of residential property in the Northern Suburbs of Johannesburg for 14 years from 2006-2020.  I had the privilege to work with Kirchmann-Hurry Construction which began in 1969 and they grew from three employees to one of the largest medium sized construction companies in the 90s.  I then partnered up with Grounded Properties in Sandton, thoroughly enjoying the tremendous support system they offer.
