Carel van Heerden – The Property Guy in Shorts

After spending six years in the Netherlands, I’m proud to be back home in South Africa pursuing my passion for real estate. I live in Wilro Park and have spent most of my life in the valley, both before and after my time abroad, which is why I proudly consider myself a Wilro Park area specialist.

Before entering real estate, I performed part-time as a comedian, and that expressive personality still shines through in my work today. I believe life is better with a little laughter and aim to bring positivity, authenticity and a sense of ease into every interaction.

Helping people is what motivates me most. During my time at Harcourts Rhino, I was honoured to receive the Team Spirit Award for my commitment to supporting colleagues and always being of service. I value ethical behaviour, professionalism and building genuine relationships with my clients.

While I may be selling a house, I understand that you are buying a home and a future. My goal is to make the entire process as smooth, transparent and stress-free as possible.
