Brett van der Merwe is a dedicated rental agent in the Paulshof and Sunninghill areas who takes great pride in matching property owners with reliable, quality tenants. Although relatively new to the real estate industry, Brett brings a strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and a client-focused approach to every transaction.

With a background in telecommunications, Brett has had the opportunity to work across Africa and beyond — from Eswatini, Zimbabwe, Zambia, and Botswana to Nigeria, Ghana, the DRC, and even as far as Iran and the Persian Gulf. These experiences have strengthened his ability to connect with people from all walks of life and to communicate effectively across cultures.
