For more than 25 years, I’ve been deeply involved in the real estate industry — starting my career in 2000 and qualifying as a full-status agent in 2001. Since establishing our operations in Johannesburg’s Northern Suburbs in 2009, and after making Sunninghill my home in 2010, I’ve been privileged to build long-lasting relationships with property owners, tenants, and investors across this vibrant area. As part of a dedicated team at Blue Property Group, where we deliver comprehensive, high-quality management of both residential and commercial properties. Our services cover everything from tenant procurement and full property management to accounting, collections, owner and tenant support, service provider payment coordination, and proactive maintenance planning. Our goal is always the same: seamless operations and genuine satisfaction for every stakeholder. As a registered member of the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority, I place the highest priority on professionalism, transparency, and ethical conduct — standards which are upheld throughout our team.
