Belinda joined the real estate industry in 1995 and shortly thereafter qualified as a Full Status agent with the Estate Agency Affairs Board. Her first realty experiance was the... sales of off-plan sectional title flats, a recent introduction to the industry and as such honed her skills with certificates in both the Basic and Advanced Sectional Title certificates. In 1996 she opened her own agency with the aim of specliasing in the rental market. She also qualified as a Principal agent. In 2001 Belinda relocated to Zanzibar to work for a NGO which was cut short by a family tragety and she returned to Johannesburg to continue in the real estate industry. At this point she joined forces with Homenet Jim Rock and with the help of friends created a website specialising in the assistance and direction of private rentals. With a fiercely challanging market and the new qualifications introduced by Services SETA, Belinda enbraced these new learnership requirements by qualifiying, solo, with her NQF 4 certificate in 2007 and NQF 5 in 2012. Further to this she also qualified as an Assessor and Moderator specialising in the real estate industry. In April 2019 she closed her real estate company and join Keller Williams Clockwork with a view to add, a much needed revolutionary system offered to sellers by need by sharing mandates with other agents and attracting more buyers.
