Meet Antonie

I’m Antonie Smith, a Candidate Property Practitioner with Bizcom Property Sales & Rentals, specialising in coastal and sea-view property from Glentana to Hartenbos along the Garden Route.

I work with homeowners, buyers and semigrants who want more than simply a property listing or viewing. My role is to help people understand the property, the area and the practical considerations that can influence an important property decision.

For buyers relocating to the Garden Route, that often means helping them look beyond the photographs — considering location, lifestyle, accessibility, property characteristics and whether a home genuinely suits the way they intend to live.

For sellers, my focus is on professional presentation, realistic market positioning, careful communication and responsible handling of personal and property information.

Before entering real estate, I spent 25 years in Financial Services leadership, including extensive experience as a Regional Manager. That background continues to shape the way I work today: with professionalism, discretion, attention to detail and an appreciation that buying or selling property is also a significant financial decision.
