Adele Paulsen

Adele Paulsen is an accomplished Property and Operations Manager based in the Western Cape, South Africa. With over 20 years of diverse experience across the property sector, she has built deep expertise in property development, operational management, rental pools, and sectional title governance.

In 2004, Adele transitioned into the private sector after being headhunted by a Property Developer. Over an 18-year tenure (2004–2022), she grew into a central leadership figure. Toward the end of 2021, she moved on to lead a rental property management company in Cape Town's Southern Suburbs. Recently Adele served as Director at a Property Management Services. In this role, she managed comprehensive on-site maintenance teams, handled financial reporting, coordinated municipal and regulatory compliance, and acted as the vital primary contact for resident relations and private landlords.
