Technology -  Working for  an international company, technology is part and parcel of the daily routine. I also keep up with the current trends of marketing through social media, using platforms available and  appropriate as trends develope.

Expertise - Spending so many years at management level in a professional sales environment,  the benefits  of continuous training and constant, ongoing  motivation  is part and parcel  of  the daily routine.

Communication -  The most important factor!  Constant , ongoing communication with all roll players in the real estate environment such as  sellers, buyers, legal professionals, colleagues within  the organisation and  continually forming relationships in the industry is an ongoing  exercise.

Clients for Life - Through the communication and working  so closely with  sellers and buyers, mutual respect and trust is built, which results in so many clients becoming  much more than clients.

Personal - This is not about me. My faith and personal views  will become apparent as working relationships develop. My committment does not end with the conclusion of a transaction.  I work from a platform of knowledge of the market I operate in and of the environment of real estate, keeping abreast of updates and taking cognosance of market changes and developements.

My Commitment to you, once we establish a working relationship is , is to do the things  I  agree to.
