Many designs are inspired by nature but a few look as good as this stunning house, aptly named the the Wave House.

Turkish designer Gunes Peksen says that the Wave House concepts inspiration is clearly seen in the prismatic exterior appearance. Its stylised contours shape a fascinating pure white structure perfect for speanding a blissful holiday in.

This simple description seems to picture it as a single person retreat: “a summer house concept of a wave form abstraction covers an individual lifestyle”.

This sleek getaway was imagines as a wave crushing on itself, capturing all the necessities inside its hollow form. A ramp leads footsteps up to the glazed facade, where modern furniture adorns the minimalist space and the accent was put on the simply beautiful design lines.

Try to imagine yourself coming here on the weekends and enjoying the elevated platform pierced by natural light – isn’t this what leisure is all about?
