RealNet stalwart opens in Middelburg

A new RealNet franchise will open shortly in the busy Mpumalanga town of Middelburg.

The franchise rights have been awarded to Elsa de Bruyn, who also owns the highly successful RealNet franchise in Burgersfort and Steelpoort and has 30 years of real estate experience to her credit.

RealNet stalwart Elsa de Bruyn, who owns the successful RealNet Burgersfort and Steelpoort franchise, and has huge experience in new developments, has recently also acquired the franchise rights in Middelburg.

She says that having a second office in Middelburg franchise will offer her the opportunity not only to expand her operations and bring the signature RealNet real estate services to a new market.

“And my team’s experience in the Burgersfort and Steelpoort markets, which are largely underpinned by the mining industry, will be put to good account in Middelburg's mining community.

"We have a thorough grounding in the requirements of mining communities and will bring all that knowledge to bear in catering to the housing needs of our new client base. We will also offer a rental service, which forms an important component in residential markets with demand from contractors and seasonal workers."

The franchise, which covers an extensive area in and around Middelburg will, however, offer a full-house real estate service to all sectors of the residential market. De Bruyn says the local market is currently very lively and the franchise aims to employ at least five agents here to do justice to the vast area it will serve.

Included in the franchise area are Aero and, Chromeville, Clubville, Crossroads, Dennesig, Eastdene, Federal Brick Works, Gholfsig, Kanonkop, Mathaydine, Middelburg and all extensions, Mineralia, Mountain View, Nazareth, Rockville, Thembisa, Townlands and Mhluzi and extensions.
