RE/MAX Lifestyle Estates Langebaan take top honours

RE/MAX Lifestyle Estates – Langebaan once again laid claim to the title of number one business in the real estate agent category of the Cape West Coast Region Leaders and Achievers Awards, held at the Protea Hotel in Saldanha. This marks their second win of this award.

Seventy respondents comprising CEOs, MDs, business owners, company directors, managers and senior local government officials based in the Cape West Coast region were surveyed in the annual survey conducted by on the Cape West Coast region, with awards presented to the winners of the each category based on the perceptions of the respondents. The survey aims to measure companies, institutions, government entities and individuals on their contribution to the economic growth and development of the region, levels of management expertise, implementation of corporate governance, levels of innovation, competencies and brand awareness.  The objective of the survey is firstly to profile the Cape West Coast region as a growth point and potential investment area for both foreign and local developers as well as investors, and secondly to acknowledge the excellent work that so many of the region’s businesses are doing.

 This year, survey results indicated RE/MAX Lifestyle Estates - Langebaan as top business in the real estate agent category, achieving a Diamond Arrow Award and first overall. “It is such an honour to be recognised by our fellow business owners and professionals working within the Cape West Coast region,” says Domonick Lodewick, Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Lifestyle Estates, whose office services the Langebaan area. “Last year we were really proud of the fact that we had won the award, so to once again achieve these results with a Diamond Arrow Award is absolutely amazing.
