Kourtney Kardashian buys home in Justin Bieber’s neighbourhood

Despite reports of the 19 year old’s unneighbourly behaviour in the past, Keeping up with the Kardashian star Kourtney Kardashian has reportedly bought a home just a few doors away from Justin Bieber.

The mansion situated in the upmarket Calabasas, California was first listed at $10.5 million in December 2012, the price was dropped later to $8,495,000 in December 2013. According to property records, the listing was removed in December 31. A final sales price has not been recorded yet.

The Richard Landry designed home was built in 2011 and its previous owner was a National Football League star - Keyshawn Johnson. The house will offer the older Kardashian sister, her two children and her partner Scott Disick, 1091.2 square meters of space, as well as 6 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms - plenty of space in case the entire Kardashian crew decides to visit.

Additional home features include a media/game room, theater room, spa room, in-house sound system, as well as a sauna, sunken sports court and pool. Sitting on 1.86 "lushly landscaped" acres, the home includes a gated courtyard, which will offer significant privacy to Kardashian.
