The 220ha estate enjoys one of the most scenic locations and lies on the banks of the Bot River Lagoon with stunning views over the lagoon, out to sea and across to the Palmiet Mountains that essentially form the spine of the Kogelberg Biosphere.

Every plot, irrespective of its position is guaranteed to have panoramic views of the lagoon, mountains and stunning surroundings. Prices start at R1,5 million for 1,749sqm and range up to R3,5 million for 4,008sqm.
Buyers looking for a complete home also have a choice of three luxury villas that are currently on offer, priced upwards of R7,5 million to around R9,75 million for a 400sqm architectural home that is set on a 2,058sqm water front plot that also enjoys direct beach access. The home comes with luxurious living spaces and four bedroom suites; all with massive glass windows that allow for stunning views, says Woolnough. There is also a swimming pool and double garage.
The estate really is quite unique and offers a secure, discerning and quality lifestyle with property values set to grow significantly over the next few years, concludes the agent.
