Charming Victorian home on the market in Wellington

A character-filled Victorian home has come onto the market in Wellington in the Boland.

This character-filled Victorian home in Wellington is on the market exclusively through Pam Golding Properties, priced at R1.499 million.

Originally built as the pastorie for a local church about 100 years ago, the home is on the market exclusively through Pam Golding Properties (PGP), priced at R1.499 million.

PGP agents Erika Odendaal and Lynette Kannemeyer say the property spans an erf of just under 700sqm. “The home has such a unique, historic character,” say the agents. “Finely preserved details include the lacework trim on the eaves and wrap-around veranda, as well as the Oregon pine floors, ceilings and shutters. There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a spacious living area with a fireplace. The garden contains attractive established trees. The property is located close to the local schools and would make a warm and charming family home.”
