Award winning agents provide quality real estate services

The Bedfordview office of Pam Golding Properties has announced the appointment of award-winning agents Joel Harris and Mike Mosselson, who between them have more than 30 years experience in real estate.
Ken Woollcott, manager of the Pam Golding Properties (PGP) Bedfordview office, says that the two agents will be handling sales in the Glenhazel, Highlands North, Sydenham, Waverley and surrounding areas. Joel will also be providing property motivational training at the Bedfordview and other PGP offices in Gauteng, says Woollcott.
“Joel and Mike are both very dynamic, veteran real estate agents within these areas, which they know intimately and where they have built up a network of invaluable connections,” he says. “In 2009, they won the Nedbank National Property Professionals of the Year award. We are extremely pleased that they have decided to join PGP and we are looking forward to a long and successful association with them.”

?Joel Harris
In 1991, Joel joined PGP as an agent at the Bedfordview office, where he operated successfully for six years. Besides a number of other accolades, Joel and his partner at the time were PGP top Agents of the Year for the Gauteng region in 1995 and were runners-up for this prestigious award on two subsequent occasions. In addition to this they won the Highest Number of Sales Award for five consecutive years. During a stint selling property for another real estate agency, Joel also became involved in management and training. He has 22 years experience in real estate, much of which was spent as an agent in the north eastern suburbs of Johannesburg.

?Mike Mosselson
Mike says he met Joel Harris when they were 10 years old. The two always said they would work together when they were older, according to Mike. This came true in 2002 when Joel was a manager at a real estate company and employed Mike as an agent. Mike was a highly successful agent in the north eastern suburbs for four years before joining Joel for a further eight years in the Glenhazel, Highlands North and Waverley areas. Here the two made a formidable name for themselves.
Mike says he “thoroughly enjoys the challenge of the real estate sector and working with people”, which his work entails. Joel says he is: “passionate about real estate and training. I love to inspire, motivate and empower people.”
“As the premier real estate brand in South Africa, PGP aims to attract the most outstanding and experienced agents available,” observes Woollcott. “The result is that clients know they can draw on the vast knowledge of our staff and count on their integrity,” he concludes.
