Pam Golding Properties Pretoria region launches exclusive property opportunity forum

Pam Golding Properties (PGP), Pretoria region recently launched an exclusive forum designed to showcase residential property opportunities for members seeking to acquire prime real estate, including buy-to-let property.
Retha Schutte, PGP’s Regional Executive: Pretoria, is inviting interested parties to contact her for a free personal consultation to explore the potential benefits of becoming a member of the forum.
Schutte, who has over 17 years of experience in the real estate industry, is well placed to identify and select property opportunities that will be available to members to preview. In addition to this members can also benefit from PGP’s experience in the rental market and rental accommodation in the Pretoria area.
“Pam Golding Properties’ rental department has been the agency of choice for the diplomatic and corporate community in the Pretoria area for many years and continues to manage a highly impressive rental portfolio, ranging from sectional title units to luxury homes and encompassing a broad price range,” observes Schutte.
Members of the forum will be invited to special events where they will be afforded the opportunity to preview and potentially acquire new, sole mandate property releases across the Pretoria region.
In addition to the property forum, PGP Pretoria is also launching The Exclusive Property Opportunity Forum newsletter. This newsletter will showcase handpicked properties and developments in Pretoria, Centurion, Irene and surrounds. It will also provide tips and useful property related information for discerning and aspirant buyers.
