Leading international real estate trainer to visit South Africa

RE/MAX of Southern Africa is proud to announce that they will be hosting world-renowned real estate trainer and coach, Brian Buffini, as the headline guest speaker at the next RE/MAX National Convention, which will once again be held at Sun City during February 2013. RE/MAX guests from a number of international countries are already booked to attend this prestigious event.

After immigrating to the United States and entering the real estate industry in San Diego, Irish-born Buffini developed the powerful system to grow his business based 100% on referrals, as opposed to the traditional lead-generation methods. This gave him the ability to generate a predictable supply of high-quality referrals, without spending time and energy on advertising and prospecting. The time saved could now be spent on providing his core clients with top-class service, which in turn lead to him soon becoming one of the top real estate professionals working in North America.

Wanting to share his now tried and tested systems with others, Buffini combined his years of real estate experience with a passion for training and founded Buffini & Company in 1995, with his headquarters based in San Diego. Today, Buffini & Company is now the largest real estate coaching and training company in North America and their programmes are being taught in over 30 countries around the world.

It is thanks to his unique and highly effective lead-generation system and a comprehensive coaching and training program, that entrepreneurs have learned how to improve their business, increase net profit and enhance the quality of their life. He has provided expert training to over 2 million people through his Turning Point events, Coaching Memberships and sales training programs. "A good coach is able to help get more out of you than you can get out of yourself. Everyone gets better with a good coach," Buffini says.

Over 800 RE/MAX Broker/Owners and agents in Southern Africa have already completed the Buffini Mentorship and 100 Days to Greatness Courses that were designed by Buffini and have seen the results. These courses are offered exclusively by RE/MAX who is licensed to distribute Buffini training to its membership in Southern Africa.

Adrian Goslett, CEO of RE/MAX of Southern Africa says: “The course provides agents with the tools to successfully grow their referral business and conclude a greater number of sales transactions. The results speak for themselves and RE/MAX agents have continued to perform extremely well in conditions that many others have struggled in. RE/MAX agents that have completed the Brian Buffini 100 Days to Greatness program have seen on average 6 sales transactions during the three months while undertaking the course.”

"The success of the RE/MAX brand in Southern Africa and the success its agents have enjoyed can be largely attributed to the group’s comprehensive training programmes that aim to equip its real estate professionals with the skill set required for the current market.

In 2011, RE/MAX agents increased their national sales volume by 30% over 2010. To date in 2012, RE/MAX sales are up 12% on 2011 when the real estate market in South Africa is said to have grown by only 4%-6% per annum.

“We look forward to Brian Buffini sharing the importance of customer relationship management and lead generation with the delegates at the upcoming National Conference,” Goslett concludes.
