Series of property expos kick off in Gauteng

Pam Golding Properties are set to launch a series of expos in Gauteng where buyers and sellers have the opportunity to engage with the experts in the property field.

“Buying a property is without doubt one of the most important decisions one can ever make. This is one of the reasons why today’s would-be property owner will always undertake considerable research and get to know the market before committing to a purchase,” says Richard Day, National General Manager for Pam Golding Properties and interim Managing Director, Pam Golding Properties Gauteng region.

As a special service to existing and prospective property owners Pam Golding Properties (PGP) is holding a series of property expos in and around Gauteng. “The overall aim of these special property shows is to address the many questions that consumers are faced with when buying and selling properties,” adds Day.

“PGP is a well-established property group and the expos are an excellent opportunity for those interested in the residential property market to tap the wealth of experience and expertise that is being made available. They allow buyers and sellers alike to undertake some in-depth personal research into the market. Not only will they have access to all the information they require, they will also be able to see what residential property is on offer.”

Whilst at the exhibition, visitors are invited to browse the properties that are currently available, across a varied price range. According to Day, this will allow them to make informed decisions about where and what to buy. Experienced PGP agents will assist by providing visitors to the exhibition with all the relevant information on specific properties as well as in regard to the broader marketplace.

A highly successful exhibition has already been held in Irene between 21 and 25 September while one commenced at Hyde Park Corner 25 September and will run through to 1 October. Other exhibitions will be held at Fourways Mall and Sandton City.

The exhibitions are taking place at the following venues and dates:

  • Hyde Park Corner: 25 September 2012 – 1 October 2012
  • Fourways Mall: 2  – 8 October 2012
  • Sandton City: 23 – 29 October 2012
