Where it is @ - Malls expanding

Mall@Carnival; situated at an intersection of Airport and Heidelberg Roads and the N17 and R23 highways in the East Rand, is a highly visible and accessible centre servicing Brakpan, Springs, Heidelberg, Nigel, Benoni, Boksburg, the surrounding townships, and even some parts of Mpumalanga such as Bethal, Kinross, Evander, Secunda and Trichardt since the recent opening of the  new section of the N17.

Since opening in October 2005 the Mall@Carnival has successfully traded as a community driven centre offering shoppers a home away from home, which led to a number of requests being received from current and new national retailers regarding increases in floor area and other mall facilities.

With the much anticipated expansion becoming a development reality in January 2010, Mall@Carnival will undoubtedly achieve a phenomenal balance between retail, services and entertainment when Phase 2 launches on 22nd September 2011 in an incomparable fashion with the introduction of a full sized Dis-chem, Game, Checkers Hyper, Hi-Fi Corporation, 7 Cinema Ster-Kinekor and a wide array of leading national retail brands and entertainment, to the already established Pick n Pay, Woolworths and Edgars.

Mall@Reds; situated on the corner of Hendrik Verwoerd & Rooihuiskraal Roads, Rooihuiskraal, Centurion and has been trading since 2003, starting out as an 18, 000m² Neighbourhood Centre and since then developed into a 50, 000m² Regional Centre and the 2nd largest mall in Centurion, with Edgars, Woolworths, Pick ‘n Pay and Virgin Active as major Nationals and anchor tenants.

The launch of the Piazza area during October 2011 means introducing additional restaurants to the current tenant mix, and will be situated on the North-West elevation of the mall, spread between the current Mochacinos and Greenfields Entrances.

With sufficient outside seating, water features and trees creating a relaxed yet sociable vibe, and its convenient location in close vicinity to the seven theatre movie house, the Piazza area will guarantee convenience and enjoyment for all shoppers, while providing an extensive tenant mix, value for money, security, and structured and free parking.
