New GM for Aida Commercial

Top real estate group Aida is forging ahead with its new commercial property operation and has just appointed Andre Volbrecht as general manager.
 
Highly experienced in the sales and marketing of primary and secondary lifestyle estates and commercial property developments as well as in the sale and letting of office, retail and industrial properties, Volbrecht began his career working for Anglo American Properties and then had very successful tenures at JHI and Pam Golding Properties before making a name for himself as an independent property consultant.
 
“Andre’s expertise is most sought-after and we are delighted he has joined our head office team,“ says Aida CEO Young Carr. “We expect Aida Commercial to flourish under his guidance.”
 
Volbrecht says that in the initial phase of its growth, the plan is for Aida Commercial to add value to existing and new Aida franchises around the country. “We will provide specialised training and business systems to enable these franchises to provide a highly professional service in the sale and leasing of industrial, office and retail premises.
 
“This will extend Aida’s value offering in the market and also allow our franchisees around the country to widen the scope of their businesses.”
