Chas Everitt now on Atlantic Seaboard

Chas Everitt now on Atlantic Seaboard

Adding to its highly successful Northern Suburbs, Southern Suburbs, Western Seaboard and City Bowl franchises in Cape Town, the dynamic Chas Everitt
International property group is now opening an Atlantic Seaboard office.

Operating from high-profile premises in Main Road, Seapoint, this franchise will also serve homebuyers and sellers in Bakoven, Bantry Bay, Camps Bay,
Clifton, Fresnaye, Green Point, Mouille Point and Three Anchor Bay.

It will be headed up by Charl Louw, who also owns Chas Everitt Northern Suburbs, and run by GM Abri Meyer, who notes that well over R1bn worth of
luxury freehold property was sold in the Atlantic Seaboard suburbs in the 12 months to end-February - despite the recession that prevailed for most of
2009.

"In addition, hundreds of sectional title units in these areas changed hands during this period, mostly in Green Point and Sea Point, "where apartment
prices averaging R1,5 to R2m attracted many new owners who spotted the opportunity to get a foothold in what is still SA's most sought-after
stretch of real estate".

Chas Everitt Franchising director Barry Davies says: "We have been working for some time to find the key people to drive our brand in the Atlantic
Seaboard market, which is arguably the most high-profile property area in SA. And we are confident that Charl and Abri will be able to build on our
existing strong base in Cape Town to create instant 'presence' here and reap the benefit in terms of market share and turnover."

Louw says he has put together a team for the Atlantic Seaboard office with the make-up to turn property marketing in the area on its head and set new
standards of customer service and satisfaction.

"For example, Abri has had 30 years of sales and marketing experience in the property, hospitality, pharmaceutical and advertising industries and brings
that wealth of knowledge as well as a positive attitude and drive to the team.

"Then we also have agents with extensive experience in this area, a top agent from Dallas, Texas, some master agents from other areas and a couple
of "hungry rookies", and with the support of Chas Everitt International, they are committed to apply a fine-tuned marketing plan to achieve the
highest possible price for our clients' properties, in the shortest time, with the least hassle."
