CHANGE AT THE HELM OF PAM GOLDING PROPERTIES' GAUTENG REGION

Dr Andrew Golding, CE of the Pam Golding Property (PGP) group, announced today (March 2, 2010) that Ronald Ennik, MD of Pam Golding Properties' Gauteng region, is leaving the organisation.

"After more than 20 years of extraordinary service and contribution to the group, Ronald Ennik has decided to resign to pursue his own interests. During these past two decades he has made a significant contribution to the group and in particular to the company's Gauteng operation, backed by a team of highly competent and experienced managers who will continue to keep this region at the forefront in the residential property market.

"Needless to say, he will be greatly missed but leaves a regional operation which is an acknowledged market leader with a solid infrastructure and an experienced network of competent managers and agents, well equipped to meet the evolving needs of a dynamic marketplace.

"We sincerely thank Ronald for his contribution to PGP over many years and wish him great success and happiness in his future endeavours," says Dr Golding.

Dr Golding adds that a new appointment in regard to the position of MD of PGP's Gauteng region will be made in due course.
