With signs of home buyers re-entering the market and as spring casts a fresh glow on the landscape, the residential property marketplace currently offers some interesting and unique opportunities.


Phil Medlock, Pam Golding Properties area principal for the Vaal area says purchasers are starting to re-look at leisure properties, particularly those easily accessible for weekend getaways.
