Simbithi Eco Estate - An acre of paradise

Well-known for its amazing fauna and flora, Simbithi Eco Estate is considered by many to be the leading premiere residential estate on the North Coast of KwaZulu-Natal. According to Adrian Goslett, Regional Director and CEO of RE/MAX of Southern Africa, the popularity of secure lifestyle estates continues to push the prices of these properties up, making them excellent investments over the long term. “Demand is synonymous with property pricing, and homes within estates are consistently in high demand. Homes within estates rarely stay on the market for too long,” says Goslett.



A home within Simbithi that is currently being marketed by RE/MAX Dolphin Realtors is a five-bedroom, four bathroom home set in a quiet, private cul de sac overlooking a vista of forest and lakes. Sales Associate, Sue Abernethy, says that all the bedrooms suites and living areas of the 1140m2 home face onto the panoramic landscape of dense forest. She notes that despite the home’s immense size, Metropole Architects, the company commissioned to design this truly exclusive home, managed to create a home that has a feeling of simplicity and warmth, with finishes of natural materials. All with the same quality finishes used in the main house were used to complete the guest house cohesively.
