Sectional title offices to launch in Craighall Park

New sectional title offices set to launch in Craighall Park, to be named One10, offer a great investment opportunity that is well located close to Johannesburg’s major business hubs and a wide selection of amenities.

To be housed inside the secure Hacklebrooke estate in Craighall Park, the 4200m² of sectional title office space, which will be configured over three blocks, will be available at exceptionally reasonable prices. This is according to Chris Renecle, MD of Renprop, which is developing the scheme.

Renecle says that One10 will offer sectional title offices ranging in size from 120m² – 4200m² at approximately R22 000/square metre. If so required, the three blocks can be consolidated to create one large space.

“This is exceptionally well priced for sectional title office space in the area, especially for the prime location just off Jan Smuts Avenue. One10 offers executives easy access to a number of amenities including sports clubs, gyms, shops, banks and restaurants as well as to the major routes leading to Sandton, Rosebank and the Parks suburbs,” he says.

Renecle points out that typically sectional title office space in the region is priced closer to R30 000/square metre. “This presents an ideal investment opportunity for those companies that are looking to own their premises. The value-for-money pricing makes One10 a good investment opportunity with good capital growth potential,” says Renecle.

The buildings at One10 have been designed to incorporate views over the Braamfontein Spruit, which the Blairgowrie Residents Association has cleaned up and continues to maintain through their Spruit Initiative. This initiative covers approximately 3km of the Braamfontein Spruit and surrounding park area along the Blairgowrie Border - from the Jan Smuts Avenue Bridge up to the intersection of Blairgowrie Drive/Bantam Drive and beyond. It involves removing all the litter in the river beds and surrounding park area, trimming trees along the river banks and removing alien vegetation where appropriate.

Renecle says that the buildings at One10 will be equipped with lifts as well as fibre to the buildings ensuring a reliable, high speed internet access. Five parking bays will be allocated to each 100m² of office space.
