Bryanston sectional office park caters to shortage of office space

Renprop Commercial is marketing exclusive sectional title office space within the Domain Office Park in Bryanston

“Well situated in Bryanston’s popular and sought-after Sloane precinct, the Domain Office Park will cater to the current shortage of sectional title office space for sale,” says Chris Renecle, MD of Renprop.

Originally Bryanston was a residential neighbourhood in what was known as the ‘Mink and Manure’ belt of Sandton, so nicknamed after the wealthy equestrian land owners who were prolific in the area. The region has been developed over the last 70 years with cluster complexes and sectional title developments springing up in later years. Today, while the area continues to hold appeal and value for residential property buyers, it also appeals to commercial property buyers as the suburb’s main arterial roads, most notably Main Road, William Nicol Drive, Ballyclare and Bryanston Drives, see increased commercial development taking place and a number of office parks now servicing the area.

“The location makes sense for many corporates with the concentration of people living in Johannesburg’s northern suburbs,” says Renecle, “as is evidenced by the fact that from the Di Data Campus on Main Road to the new Nicolway Shopping Centre on William Nicol Drive, and from the Sloan Street Precinct all the way to Peter Place Road, the broader suburb of Bryanston has become an executive commercial hub.”

Domain Office Park, which will be ideally positioned on the corner of Main Road and Bryanston Drive, will consist of individual sectional title units ranging in size from 143m² – 1 800m². Renecle points out that different configurations can be accommodated and flexible sizing is available which can be adjusted or customised in accordance with a purchaser’s specific space requirements.

He notes that one of the design features of the Domain office Park is the penthouse offices, which will boast patios with exceptional views. This AAA-grade sectional title office space is available from approximately R23 000/square metre excluding VAT.

The area offers easy access to the city’s major road networks and highways and is also serviced by the Gautrain bus which facilitates easy travelling between Johannesburg’s major business hubs.

Renecle concludes by saying that aside from the prospect of capital gains based on the performance of Bryanston property values over the last few years, the positioning of the Domain Office Park will provide businesses with excellent brand exposure to passing traffic on the major northern routes. “The Domain Office Park provides a great investment opportunity for those companies looking to purchase their office space or for investors looking to buy commercial space.”
