The 3 500 m² office block designed by Boogertman & Partners will consist of eight single units that can be divided into rooms measuring 20 m² to 445 m².

Features will include high-speed fibre optic connectivity, and expansive windows that provide views of L’Huguenot Wine Farm, Simonsberg and Paarl Rock.

“The demand for offices close to home has grown to the extent that Val de Vie saw the gap to add this to its range of property offerings,” says Val de Vie marketing director, Ryk Neethling.

“The Polo Village Offices are ideal for residents who want to keep a finger on the pulse of their business commitments but who also want to win back time lost on commuting, to make the most of the enviable lifestyle.”

He says about 40 percent of buyers and investors at Val de Vie are from Gauteng, and there is increasing interest in the estate from residents of KwaZulu-Natal, the Eastern Cape, Bloemfontein and Rustenburg.
