Mike Flax of Spear Properties says: “Green Point has fast become one of the trendiest residential areas in Cape Town. Wedged between Signal Hill, Sea Point, the V&A Waterfront and the City Centre, it is the epicentre of all the local action in Cape Town and is a hive of activity with vibrant night clubs, great restaurants and just a short drive from the beaches of Camps Bay and Clifton.”

The Warwick will consist of 39 one, two and three-bedroom apartments in two separate buildings. The existing Warwick Mansions has 12 apartments ranging in size from 80m² to 100m² with street-facing terraces.

The Warwick’s new units range in size from 55m² to 270m², and include seven penthouses with access to exclusive outdoor entertainment areas with plunge pools and views of the V&A Waterfront.

Other features in the development include secure underground parking, fibre optic internet wiring, CCTV surveillance systems and 24 hour security.

The apartments at The Warwick are priced from R2.45 million excluding VAT.
