Luxurious new estate for Craigavon

As one of the fastest developing residential and commercial nodes in the Sandton district, Fourways has no shortage of amenities - from schools and medical facilities to shopping centres and entertainment venues. Dieter Harck, Broker/Owner of RE/MAX One Hundred which services the Fourways area and surrounds, points out that the wide selection of amenities and easy access to major road networks is what makes the greater Fourways area so sought after.



Craigavon, one of the suburbs that falls within the greater Fourways area, is a precinct made up of modern security complexes that have been developed over the last ten years or so. It is here that RE/MAX One Hundred is marketing a luxurious, upmarket new development named Mont Tremblant Estate, which is situated right on the banks of the Jukskei River.

Trevor James, team leader at RE/MAX One Hundred who is marketing this development, points out that there will be 236 full title, walled stands with landscaped gardens within the Mont Tremblant Estate. James notes that the stands range in size from 233m2 to 577m2 and buyers will have five different house designs from which to choose. “Mont Tremblant Estate is being developed by the largest residential Chinese developer in the country at the moment, Galencia Property Developments,” he says.

Priced between R2,3million and R6,1million, the different home designs within the Mont Tremblant Estate start with three-bedroom homes measuring roughly 185m2 under roof to larger four bedroom homes with domestic quarters that measure 457m2 under roof. All of the homes have been designed to include double garages and extra storage space.



“The homes within the Mont Tremblant Estate have been designed in a New Roman style, with open plan spaces creating a wonderful setting for entertaining family and friends. Other features worth noting in these homes are the 13-point locking systems on the front doors, porcelain tiles, Bosch appliances, Caesars stone counter-tops, tempered glass kitchen cupboards, soft close kitchen cupboards, granite staircases and landscaped gardens,” says James.

Estate facilities include a luxurious, multi-functional clubhouse with a 25m infinity pool and tennis court as well as beautiful parkland-like communal gardens with direct access to the Jukskei River which will feature river-side picnic grounds. The Mont Tremblant Estate will also feature top security services and systems to ensure a secure lifestyle.

Adrian Goslett, Regional Director and CEO of RE/MAX of Southern Africa, says that sobering crime statistics have made South African home buyers among the most security conscious people in the world. “For many, security has become a determining factor in where they choose to live. Therefore properties designed with top-end security features or those located within security estates are highly sought-after.”



James says that these homes would appeal to young professional couples, starter families, those who love entertaining and any buyer who appreciates luxury. “This estate has a unique appeal which was what the developer intended from the get-go. The interiors have a hotel feel to them with features like lush carpeted bedroom floors and sliding wardrobe doors. The house designs have no rivals in terms of their interior appeal and exterior architecture,” says James.

“Considering the level of luxury of these homes, the pricing is spot on for the area as other properties in the same road are priced from around R1,2million to about R6million,” he concludes.
