How to JOIN myproperty!

Step 1:

Once you’ve decided on a suitable solution the subscription form below can be completed.

Step 2:

After submitting the form, Entegral Technologies will email a service agreement to the email address supplied in the subscription form.

Step 3:

The estate agent whom applied for the subscription can complete the service agreement and fax the completed form back to us.

Step 4:

Once we’ve received the service agreement, we’ll send you your unique username and password to get access to the OMS.

Terms and conditions of use:

General

Only Registered Estate Agents can make use of the MyProperty Agent,Office or National solution
You will need Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher plus internet connection to use the MyProperty web based Office Management System

Payments

The service carries a fixed monthly fee with the amount linked to the package chosen by the agent or agency.(Agent,Office or National solutions)
The person whom completed the online form and agreed to the particular solution (Agent,Office or National) will be held legally responsible for the settlement of the account each month
Invoices are emailed at the beginning of the month for the same months’ subscription
A debit order instruction form can be completed which allows for automated payments. Should you want to make use of a manual electronic payment option, proof of payment should to be emailed/faxed to us with every payment
A 30-day written notice is required should you want to stop the subscription. This allows for enough time to cancel your debit order instruction.
Should you make use of the internal SMS services, we will automatically debit your account with the number of SMS messages sent the previous month (currently charged at R0.30 per SMS excl VAT)
