Property - on My Property you will find a large selection of property including residential property, commercial property and agricultural property for sale or to rent. Sellers can advertise their properties on My Property through an estate agent or advertising their property privately.
Buyers can search for property on My Property using our unique iSearch function or the advanced property search if you would like to select multiple suburbs.

Property in South Africa is available in various property mandates including Sole Mandate, Open or Joint Mandate, or Private Seller.

Property ownership in South Africa is regulated by the Deeds Office, with the owner having a "title deed" for his property. Typically a buyer will make an offer to purchase on a property to a seller through an Estate Agent or Privately. If the seller accepts the offer to purchase the estate agent will lodge the sale with the transfer attorneys who specialise in property transfers. Once all the various conditions have been met with the banks, attorneys etc, the property ownership is changes with the deeds office (which can typically take about 2 months in South Africa).

'cape town houses for sale under R1.5M with 3 beds'. All the latest properties will be displayed in a property search results screen. From here you can click on any property to view the property details.

Selling property is also easy, simply click on the estate agents link on the top of the My Property page, and select the relevant area to view estate agents. Contact an estate agents on My Property who will assist you with selling our property.

Property by province

Gauteng Property: Gauteng is South Africa's smallest province but historically sells the most properties.
Western Cape Property: At the most southern point of Africa lies the Western Cape province. Beautiful properties can be found in the Cape Winelands area, in Cape Town near Table Mountain and all along the coast including False Bay.
You can also find property in other provinces including Kwazulu Natal, Northern Cape, Eastern Cape, Limpopo, North West and Freestate.
