Carolina has resided in Jeffreys Bay since 1995. She and her husband runs a Garden Services Business in Jeffreys. They have 3 children, Karin (married to Spike and they run the Ocean Basket at The Founntains Mall, Jeffreys Bay), Johan ( a civil engineer) and Danine, married to Hermanus and live in Cape Town. They lived in the district of Aliwal North for many years where Gerhard, her husband, was a farmer and where they were active members of the Farming Industry of the North Eastern Cape.They moved to Jeffreys Bay during 1996. After a short while, they realized that they are too young to retire and started their own business. Carolina has a Financial and Insurance back ground, joined the Real Estate business in January 2007 and is a member of the Institute of Estate Agents of SA.
